Q. You're a big company and that means you must be expensive?
A. Wrong! We constantly monitor our prices in the Marketplace. Our size also means that we buy materials at the most competitive rates. These savings we can pass onto you the customer. We won't always be the cheapest but then again we run a team of fully qualified, Gas Safe Registered Engineers and with over a 100 years of good reputation to maintain we don't cut corners. We run fully stocked vehicles and if we're missing a part we won't charge you to go and get it.

Q. Do you only do repairs?
A. No! If you want a new central heating system, boiler or bathroom suite then call us for a Free Quote

Q. Do you have a price list?
A. We don't have one because our prices are tailored specifically to your needs. We have provided you with a Free Phone Number to contact us – 0800 009 33 44 - so you can discuss your requirements directly with us. Quotes are always free and our experienced estimators can visit you if required.

Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes we do. Our Workmanship comes with a full 12 Month Guarantee including materials.

Q. Are your Engineers Fully Qualified or have they completed a "Become a plumber in six weeks" training course?
A. All our Engineers are fully qualified. They have all served four year apprenticeships and are fully trained to work in your home or premises. It's particularly important that you use one of our Gas Safe Registered engineers whenever gas is involved.

Q. I don't know about plumbing, heating, electrics or green energy, and I don't know what work I really need, it's all a bit mind boggling isn't it?
A Yes it can be! But we can help. We employ people who have been in the industry for decades and they'd be happy to discuss your requirements, whatsmore our advice is free even if you don't choose to use us.

Q. What if my boiler works on oil or LPG, can you still help in the case of a breakdown?
A. Yes. We have Engineers who specialise in these boilers and have all the necessary qualifications to work on them.
